Method
How it works. I have no idea why it works, but it does.
You will need a drink
It can be anything, but cold is best
Now! While continually sipping the drink for 15 seconds, get someone to gently and repeatedly tug your ear lobes. Or using one hand just use one ear. Works just as well
After 15 secionds hold your breath a moment and as if by magic.
